Recent Appointments – Associates

The Partners and Staff of wilson/ryan/grose are proud to announce the appointment, as of 1 July 2017, of Sally McCutcheon and Emma Micola as Associates of the Firm.

Sally practices in the Employment & Workplace Relations team with Michelle Morton and works particularly in the area of Work Health and Safety (WHS).

Sally advises businesses, senior management and boards of directors on their WHS responsibilities and liabilities and assists businesses to establish comprehensive and legally compliant documentation.

Sally has a particular interest in establishing and auditing workplace health and safety management systems.

Emma practices in the Succession Law team with Renee Bennett.

Emma practices in all areas of succession law, including estate planning and asset protection, estate and trust litigation, estate administration, elder law and superannuation.

Emma’s practice regularly involves the preparation of Wills, Testamentary Discretionary Trusts, Letters of Wishes / Letters of Direction, Enduring Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives.
