Heath is an experienced construction law Associate, with broad range of experience in civil litigation, construction law, commercial and corporate law, administrative law, and property law matters.
Since being admitted as a solicitor in February 2020, Heath has advised clients across the construction sector, including commercial subcontractors, head contractors, developers, and government entities.
Practicing across all areas of construction law, he is experienced in providing:
