David is a Partner in our Property Law and Business/Commercial Law workgroups at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.
David is a member of the Townsville Hospital Foundation Board.
Practising in all areas of property and commercial law, David advises and represents his clients’ interests including:
- Acting for property developers (including “Off the Plan” sales, preparing “Off the Plan” contracts and drafting complex special conditions
- Establishing Community Title Schemes and advising on Community Title issues
- Residential conveyancing
- Commercial and industrial sale and purchase transactions
- Commercial, retail and primary industry leasing
- Rural transactions
- Business sale and purchase transactions
- Drafting easements and restrictive covenants
- Put and Call Option Agreements
Experience
David has practiced exclusively in Property, Business, Commercial and Community Titles Law for more than 20 years.
He has experience in assisting buyers, sellers, property developers, landlords, tenants, bodies corporate, farmers and other business operators in relation to all types of property transactions and associated law.
As an authorised signatory with Property Exchange Australia (‘PEXA’), David can support his clients to complete numerous types of property transactions and settlements through the nationwide online property conveyancing system.
