Chris Bowden

Chris is a Partner in our Property Law and Business/Commercial Law workgroups at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and is a local to the Sunshine Coast legal profession.

Practising in all areas of Property and Business Law, Chris advises and represents his clients’ interests including:

• Residential Property Conveyancing including sales, purchases and related party transfers

• Commercial Property including sales and purchases, leases, hotels/motels, liquor/gaming requirements, mortgage and security documents
• Property Development including preparation of contract and disclosure documents, easements, covenants and titles office lodgements
• Business Structuring including financing, companies, trusts, joint ventures, partnerships and shareholders agreements
• Business Law including franchising, purchases and sales, loan agreements, guarantees, share transfers and personal property securities matters
