Michele is the Partner of our Litigation workgroup at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.
Michele is the Immediate Past President of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce.
Practising in all areas of Litigation, Michele advises and represents his clients’ interests including:

Experience
Michele has experience in taking a commercial and holistic approach when representing clients. This enables him to effectively represent clients experiencing simple or complex problems whether they be disputes arising from a breakdown of communication, a relationship breakdown or a dissolution of a partnership, business or shareholder dispute.
His commercial background and experience with litigation and insolvency matters means clients can expect a high level of advice during negotiations, mediations, Court proceedings and instructing Counsel at Final Hearings.
Michele has a focus on commercial alternatives to resolving disputes with a view to reaching timely resolutions to matters which provide outcomes that are extremely cost effective for clients.
He also has experience appearing for clients personally or engaging Counsel to assist parties to litigate their matters and enforce their legal rights, as and when required.
