Matthew practises as a Lawyer in our Workplace Relations Law workgroup at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree and is a local to the Townsville legal profession, graduating from James Cook University.
Practising in all areas of employment law, Matthew works to assist both Employers and Employees with their employment needs including:
- drafting, reviewing and implementing employment contracts and workplace policies
- unfair dismissals and general protections claims
- discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment claims
- unpaid entitlement claims
Matthew has been working within the Workplace Relations Law workgroup since January 2020.
Matthew has experience advising on, and assisting with, employment-related matters in the Fair Work Commission and various other courts and tribunals. Working closely with his clients, Matthew promotes his client's interests in order to accurately and concisely achieve favourable outcomes.
