Chloe practises as a lawyer in our Business and Property Law and Succession Law workgroups at wilson/ryan/grose Lawyers, and is based in our Sunshine Coast office.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Southern Queensland.

Practising in all areas of Property and Business Law, Chloe advises and represents her clients’ interests including:

Experience

Chloe has experience in representing clients in the areas of commercial and retail leasing, sale and purchase of land (commercial and residential) and business contracts, property development, company and shareholder documentation, trusts and general business and commercial agreements.

Chloe has experience in representing clients at all stages during a Succession Law matter, whether it be Estate Planning, Estate Administration and / or Estate Litigation. 

Her Estate Planning practice involves the preparation of Wills, Testamentary Discretionary Trusts, Letters of Wishes / Letters of Direction, Enduring Power of Attorney, Superannuation Binding Death Benefits Nominations and Advance Health Directives.  Chloe also provides advice to Attorneys regarding their role and challenges they may face.

Chloe’s Estate Administration practice includes both simple and complex estates and she provides advice to both Executors and Beneficiaries regarding Estate Administration matters and strives to provide practical solutions and advice.
