Practice History
John has recently returned to wilson/ryan/grose from Brisbane where he worked for Thiess Pty Ltd as well as Ebsworth and Ebsworth and the Brisbane City Council. He has acted for Contractors, Consultants and Sub-Contractors at both the “front end” and “back end” of major construction projects. In addition, he has considerable experience in project development.
He has extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements and contracts including Memoranda of Understanding, Pre-Bid Agreements, Joint Venture and Consortium Agreements, Tender Reviews, Debt, Equity and Mezzanine Finance documents, terms of insurance, Sub-contracts, Supply, Hire and Consultants agreements.
John’s focus is to provide commercially sound and legally compliant solutions to problems to enable clients to achieve business and profit objectives in a lawful and ethical manner.
